Doctor: Well, you two will be very glad to hear the news that I have.
Kevin: What is it?
Doctor: Well, according to the tests we’ve taken, you two are having twins.
Jessica: TWINS?!?!!
Kevin: TWINS!!!! (hugs Jessica) This is so great!!! Do you know the sexes?
Doctor: Actually, we aren’t able to tell that until the 3rd month.
Jessica: Oh.
Doctor: But it’ll be perfectly fine. Change back into your clothes and then come on out so we can schedule your Month 2 appointment.
Jessica: Ok.

Jessica changes into her clothes and they schedule their next appointment. They head home and are prepared to tell everyone the news. They walk inside beaming and everyone turns around.

Maria: Sooooo…..?
Kevin: Guess what!
Joe: What?
Jessica: WE’RE HAVING TWINS!!!!!
Maria & Caroline: TWINS!!! (runs over and hugs her)
Nick: Congrats, dude.
Maria: This is SO great!!
Jessica: I know!!!
Kevin: We need name ideas.
Jessica: Well, my favorite girl names are Emma, Paige, Mollie, Claire,–(gets cut off)
Kevin: Ok, I get it. Let’s go to our house and write down some possible names.

~2 Months Later~

Jessica & Kevin are on their way to the doctor’s. Kevin is driving and has one hand holding Jessica’s. They go inside and are eager to find out the sexes of the babies.

Nurse: Jessica Jonas?
Jessica: (stands up) Yes?
Nurse: You can follow me, sweetie.
Kevin: (takes her hand and walks with her)

They enter the room and Jessica changes. They’re about to do an ultrasound. They lie Jessica down and put the special jell stuff on her. Kevin squats on the bed next to her. Jessica’s belly is about the size of a basketball. Not very big right now. The ultrasound begins and they look in the little TV.

Kevin: Oh, look, Jess, look!! Isn’t it wonderful? Look how beautiful they are. They’re moving!! Look!! I see a hand!! And look, a toe!!
Jessica: (squeezes his hand, looks at him and smiles)
Doctor: Ok, look here. Here’s a boy part [[Author's Note: I didn't want to say the word and freak anybody out]].
Kevin: I’m gonna have a son!!
Doctor: And look, there’s no boy part here, so this one’s a girl.
Kevin: I’m gonna have a daughter!!!
Jessica: It’s so amazing, how they’re moving and all.
Kevin: It is.

They finish up their ultrasound and go home, they decide on names with everyone else: Alyssa Kiersten Jonas and Jake Michael Jonas. [[Author's Note: Thanks for the name request NickJisburninup!!! Or rather, your name, w/e]]

..::2 Months Later::..

–Month 5–
Everyone is already preparing for the twins’ arrival. They’re painting a yellow nursery in Kevin & Jess’ house, and they’re planning a baby shower for Jessica. Everyone was ecstatic for Jess & Kevin. Until….they got a call.

Kevin: Hello?
Luke: Hey guys, it’s Luke, your producer.
Kevin: Oh, hey Luke. What’s up?
Luke: You guys are on for a 5 month tour.
Kevin: 5 MONTHS!!! (looks at Jessica with a worried face)
Luke: Yes, is there a problem?
Kevin: Well, yes, actually there–(gets cut off)
Luke: Kev, what’s up with the front page today (reads headline) Eldest JoBro’s Wife Expecting? What’s up with that?!
Kevin: Which is exactly the problem. It’ll 10 MONTHS when the tour is over!!!
Luke: I don’t care!!!! You guys are goin on the five month tour with Miley Cyrus!!! NO BUTS!!!
Kevin: MILEY?!?!
Luke: You heard me. It’s business, baby. Talk to ya soon, aiight? *hangs up*
Joe: Dude, what happened, you look like you just saw a ghost.
Kevin: Tour…..Miley….5 months…
Nick: Miley’s leaving for Tour in 5 months?
Kevin: (shakes his head)
Joe: Tour is going on Miley for 5 months.
Kevin: (shakes his head)
Nick: Then what is it???
Kevin: WE’RE GOING ON TOUR WITH MILEY FOR 5 MONTHS!!!!
